About Genspark
What it is
Genspark combines search with agents that do things. Alongside answering questions it generates pages of collected results, and it can carry out multi-step tasks such as research, making calls, or producing documents.
Why it's different
The interesting idea is generating a page about your question rather than returning links or a paragraph, which suits comparison and research questions where the useful output is organised information. It is a young product moving quickly and widening its scope, which cuts both ways: features appear rapidly, while stability, pricing and direction are all less settled than with established alternatives. Its agent features are subject to the same unreliability as everywhere else.
How people use it
Research and comparison questions where organised output beats a list of links. Trying agent features without another subscription. Gathering information across many sources at once. Verify anything that matters against a primary source, because a generated page presents collected claims with a uniform confidence the underlying sources do not have.
