What it is
Saner.ai combines notes, tasks and email in one assistant. You capture by text or by voice, it connects to Gmail, Slack, Calendar and Drive, and it turns emails and unstructured brain dumps into prioritised tasks while answering questions across everything you have saved.
Why it's different
It is designed explicitly around ADHD rather than retrofitted for it, and that shows in the decisions: capture is deliberately frictionless, the assistant does the organising, and the design targets context-switching rather than adding another place you are expected to keep tidy. Where that fits, it fits properly. It is still in beta, which matters for something holding your inbox and calendar, it needs several integrations connected before it does much, and a beta product is the wrong home for anything you cannot afford to lose.
How people use it
People who capture constantly and cannot face filing. Turning a messy brain dump into an ordered list. Finding something you noted but cannot place. Keep a copy of anything critical elsewhere while it remains in beta, because the integrations reach far enough into your accounts that a bad week for them is a bad week for you.
