About Visily
What it is
Visily creates interface wireframes and mockups. It generates screens from a description, converts a screenshot or a hand-drawn sketch into an editable design, and provides templates and components for assembling one without design skills.
Why it's different
It is aimed squarely at teams where the person with the idea is not a designer, such as a product manager, a founder or an analyst, and the conversion from screenshot or sketch is the fastest route from a thought to something a team can discuss. It stays deliberately in wireframe territory: it will not produce a polished visual design or replace a design tool for the people who use one, and treating its output as a final specification is how teams build something nobody actually designed.
How people use it
Wireframing a feature before involving a designer. Turning an existing screen into a mockup of a proposed change. Requirements discussions that need a picture. Keep it at wireframe fidelity on purpose, because a grey-box sketch invites feedback on the idea whereas a polished mockup attracts argument about the colours.
